Reservations: ALL reservations require a non-refundable guarantee of one night's rent or $200.00, whichever is greater, and due within 5 days of making reservation. If reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days of making the reservation, a full refund will be given. The remainder of the rent must be paid not later than 45 days prior to arrival. For HOLIDAY rentals, rent must be paid not later than 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment of rent. Cancellations: Reservations cancelled within 7 days of making the reservation shall be given full refund. Cancellations made within 45 days of the date of arrival are subject to 50% forfeiture of the total rent. Cancellations made within 30 days of the date of arrival are subject to FULL forfeiture of the total rent. Deposit: A security deposit of $250 is required and must be paid in full together with the full rental 45 days prior to arrival. If no additional charges, damages, or excess cleaning is incurred during the stay, the deposit will be refunded 30 days after guests' departure. A $10.00 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys. A departure cleaning fee is included in each reservation. However, guests are required to tidy-up and leave the unit in a neat and orderly manner. Regular departure cleaning includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and linen/towel change. Any extra cleaning which needs to be done after guests' departure will be charged an additional fee of $75.00. Dirty dishes/pots/pans left in the kitchen or kitchen sink are considered extra cleaning and as such shall be charged an additional cleaning fee. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Please call in advance for late or Sunday check-in to make special arrangements. Only fully paid reservations will be entitled to late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Extended check out time is allowed only if the unit is not booked at day of check-out. A 1/2 day rent will be charged. Maximum Occupancy: If the scheduled number of occupants for the unit is exceeded, guests will be liable for additional rent which will be deducted from their security deposit or they may be asked to vacate the unit. Additional occupants will be charged as follows: $100 per person per night and/or $100 per pet per night. Long Distance Calls: Local calls are free of charge. Guests must use a credit card or telephone credit card to place long distance calls. Collect charges to the unit are not allowed. A service fee of $10.00 per call in addition to the call charge will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
